How the Warranty Works:

3. Approval Process: Based on the photos and details you provide, our team will review the issue to determine if it falls under our warranty coverage.

4. Replacement Sent: Once approved, we will send you a replacement jacket—completely free of charge.

Important Notes:

• The warranty is only valid for 10 years from the date of your purchase.
• It covers normal wear and tear. Any damage due to accidents, misuse, or unauthorized alterations won’t be covered.
